Private Coaching & Guiding
Private bookings enable you to have complete control over who is on the course and enable it to be catered entirely to your needs. This could be a 1:1 course or perhaps you and some friends or a partner would like exclusive use of a guide to tick of those Scottish classics. From help dialling in your boof on the Etive to getting those tidy lines on the mighty Orchy. Perhaps your looking for a more gentle day on the Spey or looking for help getting ready for a big canoe expedition we are here to support you.
Planning a day or weeks paddling adventure doesn’t need to be stressful and that’s where having a guide & coach can help. You might not have found just what you are looking for on our standard course and want something more perosnalised to you. We are here to help take the stress away from planning your paddling adventure and get the most out of your days on the water. From local knowledge on water levels, safety and coaching to knowing which rivers and lochs to head to that will suit you and your friends.
On the water, we can show you the lines, our favorite spots, share local knowledge, and help keep you and your team stay safe. To make sure you get the best of all the above we work on a max of 4 paddlers to 1 guide. This can vary depending on the difficulty and nature of the environment and group. When it comes to advanced environments we will operate on a 1:3 ratio and bring in an a trusted external guide to ensure you are properly taken care of.
We love helping people out with river plans, canoe adventures, or maybe something at sea. Just let us know what we can do to help and we will do our best to create the perfect course for you.

Private booking prices:
1:1 – £200 per day
1:2 – £300 per day
1:3 – £400 per day
1:4 – £500 per day
Should an additional guide be required where the environment is advanced and the ratio we operate in is 1:3, the rate will be based on a 1:3 per day payment.
We are based in Kingussie in the Scottish Highlands and happy to travel. Some longer distances, travel requirements, and any need for accommodation may incur additional costs.

Group Bookings & Custom Open Bookings
Course information
If you have a group of you looking to book, perhaps a university or a club. It is best to get in touch on our contacts page or send an email or message to our socials. We can then get back to you with a price and organise dates to suit.
Sometimes we can also set up custom open bookings for solo paddlers or groups who don’t mind others joining in as well. We can run these at our standard pricing of £100 per person pending the course having the required minimum number of participants to run at this cost. Again we suggest you get in touch to see what we can arrange with available dates.
